4. Purchases & Payments
Ordering
By placing an order, you confirm you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Pricing
Prices are displayed in NGN (₦) or USD ($) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Payment
Payments are processed securely via Paystack and Flutterwave. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
Digital Products
Digital products (downloads, courses) are delivered via secure download links. Download links expire after 30 days and are limited to 10 downloads per purchase. No refunds on digital products once the download link has been accessed.
Physical Products
Physical products ship to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times vary by location. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
5. Refunds & Returns
- Digital products: Non-refundable once download link is accessed
- Physical products: 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging; buyer pays return shipping
- Courses: 14-day money-back guarantee if less than 20% of content has been accessed
To request a refund, contact us with your order reference.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site (text, graphics, logos, images, code, downloadable materials) is owned by or licensed to us or controlled by Onyemechi Ifende and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
